All three of Wilson Senior Care’s facilities awarded “Best Nursing Homes in South Carolina”

The 2012 U.S. News and World Report on “Best Nursing Homes in South Carolina” named all three of Wilson Senior Care’s facilities: Morrell Nursing Center, Oakhaven Nursing Center, and Medford Nursing Center. All of the facilities achieved a 5-star rating. Wilson Senior Care the parent company is extremely proud of the level of care each facility provides.

What makes it even better is both Morrell Nursing Center in Hartsville and Oakhaven Nursing Center in Darlington are at the very top of the list with the highest ranking in our state!

US News and World Report published, “All of the homes in their ranking received 5 stars, the highest from the federal government’s Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services.” The ranking is based on the homes performance in health inspections, nurse staffing, and medical care.
