30 Day Probationary Period:

After a 30- day probationary period, the full-time employee will have the following benefits
all through AFLAC:

90 Day Probationary Period:

After a 90- day probationary period, the full-time employee will have the following benefits:

6 Month Probationary Period:

1 Year Probationary Period:

Immediate Benefits for all employees:

  • Hartsville/Darlington YMCA membership at a discount. Wilson Senior Care will pay the joining fee.
  • McLeod Family Health and Fitness Center. Employees can join this fitness center at a discount.
