Wilson Senior Care Acquires Loris Extended Care from McLeod

September 26, 2014 – Wilson Senior Care announced that it has acquired Loris Extended Care, an 88 bed skilled nursing facility located in Loris, SC.

Wilson Senior Care (WSC) is an established company with over 50 years of healthcare experience. The addition of Loris Extended Care will allow WSC to serve the citizens of Loris and surrounding areas. This acquisition increases the company’s operations to over 400 skilled nursing beds in South Carolina. The facility has been renamed Loris Rehab & Nursing Center to better reflect the various aspects of health care that will be provided.

In the Darlington and Hartsville communities, WSC owns and operates 3 skilled nursing facilities, a short-term rehabilitation facility, a medical uniform retail store, along with a pharmacy & medical supply company.
