Each resident requires different levels of care and our goal is to provide a full range of extended care services to meet your needs. All four of our skilled nursing facilities: Medford, Morrell, Oakhaven, and Loris offer short term rehabilitation. These facilities offer 24 hour care from medical directors and skilled nursing staff, as well as services provided by our attending physicians, Medical Director and interdisciplinary team.
