Benefits
Our employees are hired on either a full-time basis or part-time basis. Part-time employees are not eligible for the basic employee benefits. For a complete listing of our benefits package click here.
Tuition Assistance
Tuition assistance is available to any employee that chooses to further their education and become an LPN or an RN. Once you have been employed with us for at least 1 month and have satisfactory performance ratings, then you may become eligible.
CNA Training
From time to time Wilson Senior Care will select students to become Certified Nursing Assistants, covering all of the cost with the exception of books. Please continue to check this site for our next available class!
