Leadership Profile: 

Heather Jordan, RN, LNHA, serves as the Executive Director of Honorage Nursing Center. With extensive experience in long-term care leadership, Heather is dedicated to creating an environment where residents receive exceptional care, families feel supported, and team members are empowered to succeed.

Heather began her long-term care career in 2009 as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), developing a strong clinical foundation and a passion for serving seniors. She furthered her education by earning her Associate Degree in Nursing from Florence-Darlington Technical College in 2010, becoming a Registered Nurse (RN).

Throughout her career, Heather has held a variety of leadership positions in long-term care, gaining valuable experience in both clinical and operational management. In 2016, she earned her Long-Term Care Administrator’s License, expanding her ability to lead and support skilled nursing operations. She brings eight years of experience as a Director of Nursing and five years of experience as a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator, providing a unique combination of clinical expertise and executive leadership.

As Executive Director, Heather is committed to fostering a culture of compassion, quality, and resident-centered care. She believes that strong relationships with residents, families, and staff are the foundation of a successful care environment and works diligently to ensure every resident feels valued, respected, and at home.

Outside of work, Heather enjoys spending time with her family, camping, and horseback riding. She values the opportunity to create meaningful memories with loved ones and appreciates the balance that outdoor activities bring to her life.
