Heather Jordan, RN, LNHA accepted the position as Executive Director of our newest facility, Honorage Nursing Center. Heather previously served as the Executive Director of Medford in Darlington. Heather has 8 years’ experience as a Director of Nursing and 5 years’ experience as an Administrator. We are confident that Honorage will thrive under her leadership.
