Leadership Profile: Shaneka graduated from Marion County School of Practical Nursing in 2004 and went straight into her career with long-term care.  Shaneka then graduated from Florence Darlington Technical College in 2020 with her Associate Degree in Nursing. Shaneka has over 18 years of experience with long-term care. She has served in managerial roles such as Unit Manager and ADON. Outside of work, Shaneka enjoys traveling and spending time with her family and friends.

What she enjoys most about working for WSC?

“I enjoy working in a homelike environment and being able to form relationships with my residents and their families. Also, make a difference in the residents lives and being able to assure their families that they are taken care of.”
