Shaneka has dedicated her entire nursing career to serving residents in long-term care. With more than 18 years of experience, she brings extensive clinical knowledge, leadership experience, and a genuine passion for resident-centered care.

After graduating from Marion County School of Practical Nursing in 2004, Shaneka immediately began her career in long-term care, where she developed a strong foundation in skilled nursing and resident advocacy. Committed to advancing her education and professional growth, she earned her Associate Degree in Nursing from Florence-Darlington Technical College in 2020, becoming a Registered Nurse.

Throughout her career, Shaneka has held several leadership positions, including Unit Manager and Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON). These roles have allowed her to develop expertise in team leadership, clinical operations, quality care initiatives, and supporting both residents and staff in achieving the highest standards of care.

Known for her compassionate approach and dedication to building meaningful relationships, Shaneka values creating a welcoming, home-like environment where residents feel respected, comfortable, and cared for. She believes that strong communication with residents and their families is essential to delivering exceptional care and peace of mind.

Outside of work, Shaneka enjoys traveling and spending quality time with her family and friends.
