Kim Locklear BSN, RN, LNHA serves as the Executive Director of Oakhaven Nursing Center, part of the Wilson Senior Care family. Kim brings more than 20 years of dedicated experience in long term care, having served in multiple clinical and leadership roles throughout her career.

She began her journey in healthcare as a Licensed Practical Nurse and advanced through positions including Charge nurse, Case Management, Admissions Coordinator, and Staff Development Coordinator. Her diverse experience across these departments has provided her with a comprehensive understanding of nursing operations, regulatory compliance, staff development, and Resident centered care.

Kim earned her bachelor’s in science in Nursing, further strengthening her clinical foundation and leadership expertise. Her progression from frontline nurse to executive leadership reflects her commitment to professional growth and excellence in long term care.
