Kim Locklear, BSN, RN, LNHA, serves as the Executive Director of Oakhaven Nursing Center, a member of the Wilson Senior Care family. With more than 20 years of experience in long-term care, Kim brings extensive clinical knowledge, operational expertise, and a deep commitment to resident-centered care.

Kim began her healthcare career as a Licensed Practical Nurse and steadily advanced through a variety of clinical and leadership positions. Throughout her career, she has served as a Charge Nurse, Case Manager, Admissions Coordinator, and Staff Development Coordinator. These diverse roles have provided her with a comprehensive understanding of nursing operations, regulatory compliance, staff education, quality improvement, and the delivery of exceptional resident care.

Committed to lifelong learning and professional development, Kim earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN), further strengthening her clinical expertise and leadership capabilities. Her progression from frontline caregiver to executive leadership reflects her dedication to excellence in long-term care and her passion for supporting both residents and healthcare professionals.

As Executive Director, Kim is focused on fostering a culture of compassion, accountability, and teamwork while ensuring residents receive the highest quality of care in a welcoming, home-like environment. She is dedicated to building strong relationships with residents, families, and staff and believes that exceptional care begins with a committed and empowered team.
