Stacy has been a part of the Wilson Senior Care team since 2009. She has served in many roles with the company such as an LPN floor nurse, RN Wound Care, Unit Manager, MDS Coordinator, and Administrator. Most recently, Stacy has served as the Executive Director of Oakhaven Nursing Center from 2022-2026. Although her presence at Oakhaven will be missed, we are pleased to have her leadership and experience at Medford Nursing Center.
